The fabric is made of 80s double-strand yarn (25% long-staple cotton + 75% combed cotton) with compact Siro spinning. It’s a single-sided pique cotton fabric, woven into greige cloth on a circular knitting machine. The bulk fabric color is dyed by matching the original version’s color standard. The finished fabric is set with a straight fabric width, retaining the identical honeycomb mesh pique pattern as the original version. The fabric has the silky luster effect of long-staple cotton. The small badge on the front pocket is embroidered with a Barudan embroidery machine. It comes with a matching flying-thread flat-knit rib collar. The placket and cuffs feature color-block pure cotton webbing, all woven with color-fast package-dyed yarns. It is paired with natural white mother-of-pearl buttons engraved with letters.
